MORE ABOUT EXPANSION BOX OPTION

Express port expansion Box option (Supplied with this KIT): Express Port Expansion Box: 
8x 5.4 x 3.4 inches, 4.3 pounds, 2 PCIE- 1x + 2 PCI .(This option must be used with the SuperImager™ unit expansion port ready where the expansion port is pre-installed and enabled. (not to be confused with express port option)) PCI/PCI Express Expansion Box is provides a quick and simple solution to expandability on almost any PCI Express (PCIe) enabled system. The external Expansion BOXs adds two full lengths (38cm) PCI slots (32-bit/33MHz) as well as two PCIe 1x (single lane) slots to the host computer system, through a single PCI Express connection. It provides a total bandwidth of up to 250MB/s (Gen-2) . The Expansion Box is supplied with 3A 12volt External power adapter to power the expansion box and avoid drawn power from the SuperImager™ main unit.

This Expansion Box also includes Express Card Port Card Reader: Pre– installed inside the Expansion Box. With this option installed and enabled, user can plug many express port adapters and allows user to capture, image, clone new interfaces and devices that were not included with the main unit. One of those adapters, which includes in this complete KIT and also with the KIT 2 is the 1394A/B adapter. User can plug direct PCIE memory card (Sony SxS), Mini-PCIE express card adapter to support Mini PCIE SSD drives, Sonnet SAS Express card adapter and many more.
