About the ADR USB 3.1 Producer MAX
The USB 3.0 duplicator USB Producer
MAX is the fastest USB 3.0 duplicator in the market. You will not find any other USB3.0 duplicator that will proved these
duplication speeds. We created this solution based on our newly designed Controllers. We are proud to be the first ones that
can really duplicate this fast !
The USB Producer MAX comes with the LOG report feature. With this way you can save or print out your LOG reports. You can use them for internal reporting or provide a print of the LOG report to your clients. This way you make sure the QC is controlled in a safe way and your clients will be satisfied be the QC LOG report. If you do not need the LOG report function you can go for the ADR USB 3.1 Producer PRO. With the USB 3.0 duplicator you have the fastest duplication equipment that is available in your production line. The unit is easy to use as it works fully standalone and is controlled by an internal Controller with a Display and 4 Buttons. Jus plug in a power plug, your master USB device and the empty target sticks and press ok. Everything else ist done by the USB 3.0 duplicator. The copy process and the compare process works "bit-by-bit". This way we assure that the USB 3.0 duplicator creates 100% exact copies of your master. Due the compare process there is no doubt that you will get exaxt duplicates of your master device. You can follow the process on the display of the unit and will get an indication through the build in LEDs n each port. The green/yellow/red LED status gives you exact info on each port about the copying process. The USB 3.0 duplicator comes with the
"Quick Socket Technology". This means that you can easily change the sockets of the USB 3.0 duplciator easily by yourself.
There is no need to ship the unit to us or get any service to install new sockets. You just turn off the power take out the
defective socket and change it by yourself. The sockets will handle several thousands of cycles. But if you have to change
them one day it is done in seconds !

You can copy external 2,5" USB
hard discs with this USB 3.0 duplicator. According to the size of the unit you might need addional power supplies.
You can connect these easily in the back of the system. Additional power supplies need to be purchased seperately. All USB 3.0 duplicators of the MAX series come with the "Write Protect" function. This means you
can lock the USB sticks with a Write Protection. Nobody can add data, change data or erase data from the stick. You need to
use ADR sticks to assure this function works properly.
We offer you High Quality USB devices so we can make sure your production works just perfect. We cannot support other USB thumbdrives for the Write Protection function, as we need to make sure the quality of the controller and memory have a high quality. By using the "Set Write Protect" function you create Write Protected Sticks very easy with our USB 3.0 duplicator. Operation
Plug in your master and target devices and press copy. This is all you need to do to run the
system.
There is no need of PC or additional software. The copy speed of the process
will vary depending on the flash media you will use.
There are different copy modes
you can choose like "copy", "copy & compare" or "copy & compare & set write protect".
